Anonymous - SB refers to Southbound and NB is Northbound. I have included a couple links below that should be helpful with the different stages and work zones. Though I have to say the maps provided in the links can be a little difficult to read (may be my computer.) I have also included MassDOT's Twitter account which is helpful with all construction updates throughout the state. I hope this helps.
